What do you charge for standard shipping?
USPS First Class Mail is Free. Other shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Please place your order in the Shopping Cart to view shipping charges.
What is the minimum purchase amount to avail free shipping?
No minimum purchase is required to avail free shipping in USA. International orders shipping calculated at checkout.
(Please Note- An amount of 8.5% is charged as tax for delivering items in the state of Illinois only.)
Which delivery services you use?
We use USPS, UPS, Fedex for delivery services.
When can I expect my order(s) to be delivered?
We make every effort to get your order delivered to you within quickest possible time. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days are generally shipped on the same day, if placed before 1PM CST. Order placed after 1PM will be shipped on the next day. For weekend orders, placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM CST, will be processed on the following Monday. If there is a problem with your order, you will receive an e-mail within one business day to intimate you about the situation.
Please Note- We are closed on all major holidays.
Will I have to sign for my package?
A signature is required for most UPS shipments upon receipt. Someone must be at the address to receive the package and sign for it. Packages cannot be rerouted or picked up from UPS.
What do I do if there are damaged or missing items upon delivery?
(i)Damaged in delivery: If there is damage to the package or if the item is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact us immediately so we can issue a damage claim with the carrier. Please donot return the item without following these steps, as it delays the replacement of the order or the issuance of a credit.
(ii)Missing items: All missing items claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Contact us to report a missing item from your shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Upgrade Nation ships throughout the U.S., Canada, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. International shipments are subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country) in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges that may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. We are not responsible for VAT or customs charges applied on any of the product.
Refusal of an international shipment or item return or any other issues related to tax, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees, or shipping charges incurred from the return for an international order, will be the responsibility of the customer.
